Cozy restaurant, quite expensive in terms of price.

Excellent, lovingly prepared dishes in a pleasant atmosphere and served by careful, friendly service staff. It is a pleasure to watch the chefs at work in the open kitchen, because they themselves enjoy cooking and are excellent at their craft - and you can taste it.

ATTENTION: ABSOLUTE ROCKS: on the one hand very embarrassing for the host to issue two cards with different prices, on the other hand the prices for a beer garden in Fulda are inadequate (both for food and beer, for being directly at the source of a regional beer is). The ambience may be nice, but does not justify the service or the quality. 1 € hygiene fee per person equal to the number of people - we were 7 people, that is 7 €. At the next table, same seating, one person = 1 €. Again, only the staff has to suffer because tips are superfluous. Meals remain with poor beer garden quality, however prices at star level are required ... CAUTION !!! Map attached.

A lot of people write reviews about this place. However, this no longer exists and has been added under the current name "Hopfenglück im Felsenkeller". So please do not add any reviews here. The location was marked as closed, but Google’s reviews are currently ongoing. very long...

Very nicely renovated / rebuilt, friendly / attentive staff and finally really good food. Something for everyone despite the small card.

More modern, but windy / drafty. Too expensive. Quite large portions, little choice. Couldn't take my leftovers with me because of the risk of germs !!! I was refused a piece of aluminum foil to pack the piece of meat myself. Against hygiene regulations? But I was allowed to eat the preparation from the kitchen !!

Finally, this location comes in a fresh, appealing look. Small, tasty dishes are served by friendly, attentive people.

We were in the new rock cellar tonight. Very nice, courteous staff! Very nice ambience! The food was very good! It was a successful evening in a successful restaurant / beer garden. We will definitely be back!

There are two stars for the beer and the friendly service. In terms of the quality of the food, however, there is still room for improvement, you don't have the feeling that an experienced cook is standing at the stove. Since the dish comes a little different than described on the map. You can eat but is not something you would come back for. A bad joke is the currently charged Corona flat rate of 2.50 euros. I haven't seen it like this in Fulda or in other cities in the past weeks. One wonders what it should be, maybe wiping the table just costs extra. The guest gets nothing for the 2.50 euros, the host bad reviews. You should just think about it.

Hammer 2 euro corona per person we found outrageous! Or were the tables in front of Corona not wiped ??? Food tasty but a little overpriced. Nice, modern ambience.

Nice beer garden. Centrally located within walking distance to the old town, the castle garden and the cathedral district. Food and drinks very good, well-known dishes refined and local beer from clay pitchers. To stop on nice summer days just right!
